From 9th to 13th October 2017, students, teachers and academics from Belgium, Denmark, England and Norway met at Howest University, Bruges to plan the year’s activities.
How over three years, the DLaB project will explore three themes: technology outdoors, STEM to STEAM and Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL). All to promote digital learning across the boundaries of the physical space of classrooms, across curriculum subjects, across languages and cultures and across national boundaries.

The Technology Outdoors course, launched in May 2017, was a huge success and drew a global audience of over 450 applicants from more than 30 countries across the world. This is the first of three MOOCs that explore ways to integrate technology within education.
